What does it mean by “stream to gamers”? As in people can’t upload footage of the game to YouTube/Twitch at launch from PS5?

i think that means you can buy time on a ps5 and play it streamed to you on a web browser

Ppl can still twitch stream but this would allow somebody to buy/ play gta 6 on xbox but play it on a pc, a laptop, smart tv, phone tablet etc via cloud
