They mean the scope. From how immersive it should be to scaling it down from being multiple parts of america to just vice city and surrounding areas. Thats when they locked in the scope

Also something I think is really cool and I haven’t seen mentioned much is how much the enemy behavior and overall combat set ups in the game (from the extended look) appear to be strongly influenced by Max Payne 3.
Game looks like their most responsive title overall since MP3, while still retaining a degree of that signature weightiness.

According to Jason Schreier and what he saw at Rockstar, while free roaming as Jason, he can take Lucia to a bank and they can actually case it to see if you can rob it. I just don't know if you can do that with NPC friends like DreQuan Priest but I doubt it

I feel like roaming the open world with both characters with each other is going to be such a massive deal for this game, probably it’s single most innovative feature.
It’s s*** like that (and I’m sure a plethora of other things we may have gotten hints of but haven’t really seen fully acted out) that makes me shake my head at people claiming that this game will just be GTA 5.5.

He also said if Jason hijacks a scooter, Lucia will find another nearest scooter or rob another different vehicle. It's s*** like that making it feel like single-player co-op which is nuts
