Rob already said they worked on finding a balance between arcade and more sim-like stuff. It sounds like you can still wreak havoc and all that typical GTA stuff but there's just gonna be more consequences/ ripple effects

Same. I tried, but didn't like doing crime. GTA5 required shooting police officers in the opening scene. Just couldn't do it.
