30 fps with all the bells and whistles gonna be fye. Consoles getting spoiled with all the performance/fidelity mode s*** tryna close the distance between them and PC, but when daddy rockstar come with the Chad 30fps console port, niggas gonna shut up and love what they get. Save all that other s*** for the pc version/remaster on ps6

40fps is definitely smoother than 30fps, and you don’t have to sacrifice detail or NPCs like a lot of 60fps performance modes do. That 10fps on a 120hz setup definitely matters lol.
