Nah, the convenience of entering cheats in a phone and having it saved for later far outweighs whatever joy(?) you get from reading the buttons off a page/your phone every time you need to enter a cheat until you have it memorised Rockstar can prevent any players from accidentally entering the cheats, you're more likely to make a mistake and have to start the sequence over if it's a random input. It's an improvement for the developer and players

As someone who doesn't play MK much, I have to pause and look at the input before memorising it and trying to punch it in everytime I want to perform a fatality. That breaks up the pace and is what most players would have to do everytime when they Google GTA VI cheat inputs

I played 2, 3, VC and SA on PC back in the day and I used cheats on 3, VC and SA. I don't think anything was lost by switching to the phone in IV, I think it's a better system

Yeah cuz I feel like it'll be a weird thing where a player is playing them as platonic partners but there will clearly be story based cutscenes where they are intimate and whatnot. Wondering how the game tackle's this. Idc tbh as to me they've been a couple in my mind from the beginning so that's how I'll play it

My girl doesn't play games, has small hands. If I give her the controller and people start shooting at her, she panics and starts button mashing, she could accidentally enter a cheat. Your lil 6 year old nephew comes over and sees you playing the GTA game everyone keeps talking about so you let him have the sticks. Possibility is slim, but it's there. It's not if you're entering cheats in a phone

Memorizing cheats and fatalities / having it written down is part of that classic feeling . Just calling for a cheat is boneless

It’s fine if you didn’t grow up with the original enter system or didn’t do it often but it was huge and caused none of the issues you are talking about

You can ask many people their favorite gta cheat code and many have them tattooed

I think most people would be able to tell you their favorite GTA cheats, but most don't have the specific inputs memorised

The lighting is going to be so good in this game

They need to be careful about what they reference. 6 years is a long ass time in today's culture and real world references to events from 2+ years ago can easily feel stale

First trailer had hella references to real world headlines but it was s*** like "Woman twerks on car", "Alligator in store", "Guy watering lawn naked". So I think they know to stay away from specifics but this game being worked on for so long does have me a bit paranoid about outdated references
