VA7aWhat are you basing this on? Most of the previous games have had a year or more between the trailer and release. Especially to fix any bugs or polish the game up. Also marketing is a process that takes months of time. It’s the biggest game, but Rockstar wants everyone to know when this is releasing.
tbf most of that was delays for gta 5 and rdr2 but considering they’ve been working on this game for a while already and they changed up their workflow

Rdr 2 was 5 years after gta 5 and they had crazy crunch to even get that out in the amazing shape it was.
GTA 6 it’s been 5 years now since RDR2, but no crunch, covid happened, and wfh privledges
Tough pill to swallow but I really don’t think this comes out next year

RDR2 was a rockstar studios game so all of their development teams worked on it, GTA VI is the same

StringerrJesus Mary and Joseph… just peeped the leaks and broke down in tears.
Even tho it shows absolutely nothing significant this is the most realistic and stylish in game city I’ve ever seen. The density is dizzying, and when it pans to the interstate you literally can’t tell the difference between real life.
Even the color pallets are meticulous. It looks realistic but still has that pastel vapor wave 80s vibes.
I can’t believe we ever doubted lord houser. This is the most monumental piece of digital media to ever have been conceived. And we’ve barely seen anything yet.

I think late 2024 will be the original release date but no way it doesn’t get delayed at least once, i’d love to see them prove me wrong but there hasn’t been a rockstar game since bully that didn’t get a delay
