with the recent bombs that were Cyberpunk 2077, I don't think forcing them to rush this out the door is the smartest move. Regardless of their status.
Wasn't Cyberpunk still a massive financial success?
Dev's probably starting to crunch on this s*** now. Have fun sleeping under your desk for the next 2-3 years
to be fair their entire team after gta 5 was working on rdr2 lmfao. dont act like they have been sitting on their ass lmfao. They started this very late 2018
idc lmfao

i shouldn't have said bomb as I didn't mean sales, but if GTA 6 released in the same state 2077 did there would be blood.
Cockstar doesn’t care what we want. Enjoy GTAO2
basically this
Wasn't Cyberpunk still a massive financial success?
Financially it did fine
But it also killed the good reputation they had built from Witcher 3
can't believe they got away with abandoning rdo. all to focus on gta online. seems like their priority has changed from polishing their games to focusing on the cash cow that is gta
Like I don’t understand the hype when houser left and gta v was mid
The casual gamer has no clue who that is, GTA is just a solidified franchise off name alone at this point
If this is not a full fledged crime tycoon at this point, is it even worth it tbh

Pretty sure all of their games have been like that at launch. Cyberpunk was just their biggest launch ever.
Need Dawn FM as a radio station on GTA 6.
free of all pain, guilt, and shame
wait this don't even say gta 6, just a new installment
what else do you think it is
ppl complaining about gta online but honestly i think (and really hope) they took the time to actually think about what they wanna make.
from interviews with devs they seemed very uninspired narratively. given the current climate of gaming rn, i’m sure they also struggled to find inspiration in design.
i think this is a good sign of approval, that they’re finally ready to take the next steps towards their next project. i think they can do something really interesting, given what we got from gta v and red dead over the years
If this is not a full fledged crime tycoon at this point, is it even worth it tbh
No
what else do you think it is
i wouldn't know but it's weird that it's just a vague "next installment in the series" cause that could be some bullshit like gay tony
i think it's gta6, but i'm just saying why the vague language
For Red Dead they didn’t tell us it was in development. They simply dropped a teaser on twitter 🤔
I’m wondering why they didn’t drop a ominous image? Very anticlimactic.
