SCOUSERI feel like he's saying because of American media and s*** there's alot more satire that Is easily done and relatable to global audience
It's a cool idea in theory to do another country but just make alot more sense to keep it some type of fictionalised America . Especially when these games are as huge and long lasting as they are, it's really unlikely they would take that risk. If it was some smaller spin off then yea but that's not how rockstar be doing things

what if they do a game that takes place in carcer city but also extends into canada like a Toronto-like metro area

Its rockstar, if im not mistaken gtav and rdr2 looked better after they came out from their first trailers cause i thought digital foundry did a video on it
The fact that last gen consoles is dropped is a good sign cause their focus is just gonna be on the power output on the new consoles and pc, of course npc density and draw distance which was already insane on ps3 gtav is gonna be better
nothing about this trailer looks draw dropping but looks great still.

Yeah game of this magnitude needs at least a year or more just for testing and bug fixes. Game is undoubtedly finished though as far as the campaign goes. Probably at least
