“9 years in dev” is also super misleading.

It’s been in “dev” for 9 years sure, but like 3-4 of those were pre development writing scripts and planning what they were gonna do with the game

The game Really started dev like 2017/2018 once rdr2 finally ramped down production. Rockstar hasn’t been a multi team studio since 2011. They all focus on one project at a time

I'm just saying Rockstar waited way too long to release something. This could've been probably avoided by a small teaser earlier this year or more informations. With all the talks in the last weeks (articles about the company etc.) people were starving even more. Also on some points its also on Rockstar.

GTA V is still doing well but cmon, people want a new GTA at this point and they know it. Nobody cares anymore about GTA Online updates. People are also still mad about the trilogy flop from last year tbh. Unironically I thought about this 2-3 weeks ago that we will have soon leaks and now it happened

Looks like GTA 5 with 4K mods, but I mean I really don’t know how else they could improve the graphics/physics, those pretty much peaked with GTA 5, I just hope the stories and missions are fun

Hell, the character designs themselves might have been revamped by now.
