Normally I’d agree but Rockstar usually don’t downgrade their graphics on release. Sometimes, the graphics are even better than the trailers. What we see is probably what we’re getting

All the NPC’s they’ve show so far have been really varied and impressive. But imo they’re still not anywhere near Jason or Lucia levels of detail
