Imagine all the years in seperation from Gta 5 with the countless delays and failed hype and it actually turns out to be ass
At least 1000 people in the US would off themselves lowballing

and its even worse for my other fav game series, fallout, in between games because the last one dropped 10 years and the next one could be like 5 years out.

my prediction
a tweet announcing a trailer releasing "early December" being sent out for november 8th 2023 at 8 am
Then on December 1st 2023 at 9 am ET they will release an image of a pink and orange background with birds and palm trees with the rockstar logo saying "Trailer 1, December 5th, 9 am ET"
Then the day before the trailer drop the trailer gets leaked and forced rockstars hand to release it early.
Release window 2025
Then around march reports will come out production is falling behind and it will slip into late 2025 / 2026
Then During their investor call in may they will confirm the release window is now "Fall 2025"
then a whole ass year later in may 2025 they will say “May 26th, 2026” is the new release date
Then on May 6th 2025 at 9:30 AM ET trailer 2 will shadow drop on YouTube along with a new webpage showing new screenshots of the game
Then on November 11th 2025 at 4:05 PM ET they will announce another delay that will push the game to November 19th, 2026
Then on June 18th 2026 at 9:00 AM ET they will tweet out the cover and say pre orders begin on June 25th 2026

Tbh Rockstar put themselves in this position.
RDR2 is the most realistic and detailed game ever, and now Rockstar has to not only hold up to that same standard for GTA 6, they also have to SURPASS the standard that RDR2 set
