in less than a week I'll finally be able to say that I own a copy of Grand Theft Auto VI

Gonna start next month

gta story ranking (3d era):

1. gta iv (a real, proper, and concise story with great characters and maybe decent to good missions. the characters massively carry it)
2. gta vice city (good story for what it is, good characters, lots of things to do that make sense and are fun during missions)
3. gta iii (i aint played it all the way through but afair it was pretty simple and solid, missions are okay)
4. gta sa (extremely drawn out, cj is extremely unlikable in the third act, missions are fun but its just way too many of them, characters dont save it)
5. gta v (terrible story that i dont care for, too caricaturish and tryhard, missions are long and over the top)

I’m completely the other way around when it comes to IV and V.

In fact, I would go as far as to say I straight up don’t like IV, like at all.

Feels like they had to make a boring GTA because the graphics got significantly better than San Andreas.

Do we know if pre orders are going to be a midnight thing? And how are physicals going to work if preordered through their website - shipped out to you or pick up at local store?

Kind of excited for that 3bh did it for TotK and S2. Feels like this’ll be one of the last big ones to do it with.

This can only sound like glaze but as someone who’s about to finish the story for the fifth time, I think it’s pretty decent.

It definitely loses itself in the latter half and I’m still not really a fan of the option C ending, but I’m of the opinion that the more you familiarize yourself with it, the more clear things become.

One or two playthroughs and it absolutely is going to feel like a mess.
