SinewaveTrust me I’m ecstatic that people like Roddy and Future are blocking the industry force fed pop music that’s been dominating
But pop as a genre outside the charts is in a great place, quite possibly the best it’s ever been. People like Kim Petras, Slayyyter, Charli, etc all releasing incredible, forward thinking pop music, it’s just not the type of pop that’s ever gonna break the charts but it’s impact will be felt a few years from now
