  • Absolutely magic moment in hip-hop. Trav pioneered a wave. Yes he was inspired by artists like Ye and Cudi but at the same time he has had an influence on their later work as well.

    his other albums did just good enough to keep his core audience while pushing hits, but it’s this album that put him in a position to be one of the biggest american brands this century

    still a creative and monumental debut. doesn’t feel like they make rap blockbusters like this anymore honestly, and to come from someone so early in their career too
