Secondly I definitely understand executives saying “It’s Kanye being Kanye” to excuse/justify his behavior for so long. I’d probably have said the same thing at the time. The p*** stuff is just weird, but thankfully no inappropriate behavior stemmed from it (as in sexual assault). I think the worst thing is the alleged bullying. Personally I wouldn’t subject myself to it, even if it was Kanye West. So from my skewed perspective, and from what I’ve witnessed in the work place, lotta this type of s*** only happens if you let it.
