theDonandOnlythe debut was more popular in the uk where they're from. am was popular cos they were so big that year but they also got hate for americanising themselves

i think his content and lyrics on whatever people say elevate it over most indie albums from the 2000s, the debut does that best imo
I'm not mad at that at all, its not like there's this huge gap in quality between the 2 albums..
