pine barrens prolly the pick for most, but i found that to be an overrated episode tbh (still near perfect) just feel like the “memes” carry it
I know it’s a bit arty for some, but I think The Test Dream would be my pick (I could pick about any season 5 episode) but your thoughts on college were pretty interesting, think I’ll give it a rewatch today

WHaaaTCollege is great but there’s a dozen better Sopranos episodes
my b if someone mentioned it already, but Collage was purposefully written to be as standalone as possible so that you can watch it with no context of any other episodes, and it works really well
i think thats why people usually rate it so highly (but like u said it is great)

i’ve only watched once through and so i need to start a rewatch to get my familiarity with episodes and what happens up to speed, but
the episode with Carmela going away to Paris always stood out to me

Strange? Sure. Very weird atmosphere. But there are definitely other episodes that tell a better story.

What about how the first episode literally has the phrase "we got s swinging off the rafters..." Truly the best show
. In that episode i mentioned Charlie says the "hard r," and it's hilarious. There's no controversy or anything because it's so well used.
