Ya’ll really defending these dudes like they didn’t overplay their hand. Me being in their position I’d be grateful for whatever I’m earning especially since it comes with exposure which i could use to traffic towards my s*** going on as well. Joe gave these dudes the leeway to do so & they chose not to just because they felt entitled to the podcast being THEIRS as well. Too bad they didn’t realize it’s called the Joe Budden Podcast. Ish & Ice were even more entertaining than mal & rory.

This post aged like milk and you just casually admit to being grateful for being f***ed out of your own money

The people where always on Rory and Mal side

The AK d***riders were just super loud at the moment lol

They were getting paid 30-40k each month. Love that you want to d*** suck their d*** tho.

yes 30k-40k is good money. the exposure is great. but if you have a contract stating your percentage of a thing then you have to make sure you collecting the right residuals not jus "oh im making good money so i don't need exact numbers" thats jus very basic bad business and i dont even know much about business to know that cmon

I mean yeah there’s levels to it. But everyone who works for someone is getting played to an extent

Hardly anyone who works for someone makes the amount of money that they should truly be earning

Yeah because I'm getting paid to do less than him. Do you mean am I making more? No but that's not how jobs or money work.

This situation is different because all 3 split a percentage, completely different than a normal job.

Obviously every job is different but the low level worker usually does more work than their boss for less money

but thats the thing its a profit split not employee payroll. ok if your getting a bigger percentage that means things like you have more say in how the whole operation and show is ran but that don't mean you can hide the account that i participate in, basically hide me from my books

  • May 16, 2021

id pay montly for a rory and mal pod. also was wild to see them record at wheezy and alex’s studio. felt calculated after charla and schulz’s beef with joe. also just a new popular studio in NY but still we like to read into these things like joe would on the pod lmaoo

Of course. I’m not talking about the Rory and Mal situation. Obviously they were getting screwed much more than the average employee.

Honestly it seems simple. He didn't want to pay them. He then did everything in his power to not show the numbers of money made.
