Future, HNDRXX, and The Wizrd are all amazing albums but none of them are classics. A project can be great without being a classic
The Wizrd might be his best project but yall not ready for that convo
Classic to me is I’m still bumping it 5 years later. Still bump beastmode 2 like it’s brand new in 2022 if anything it’s better.
That’s the best metric to me if I’m still bumping it 5 years later it’s a classic, music is to be listened to

Even if it is, it’s not a classic.
DS2, Monster, and 56 Nights are his only three solo projects that have really captured the culture in a classic way

If it’s a personal classic for yourself then that makes sense, but if we’re talking classic on a widespread scale, it’s definitely not
why it feel like the people that hype up recent stuff like Wizard, High off Life, Self titled weren’t there real time from like Honest -> DS2
not trying to be a hipster a****** lol but there’s just no way you can say he’s topped any project from that early run. Some great songs and features but the albums been lacking overall
I think Future top 5 in the 2010s, but some of his albums in that time period didn’t click with me, I don’t think his discography is top 3 next to Ye and Drakes.
If I think 2010s I think Ross had a run that’s overlooked and I think even Rocky was doing his thing. Kendrick too. I enjoy those 3 for sure
Edit: I also like Pusha’ run from MNIMN up until Daytona as a good 2010s run too
yeah I kinda agree with you, Future has some filler but he isnt an album artist tbh he is a song factory lmao, and even then every project he dropped has multiple great songs. He never dropped trash either.
I wasnt talking about discographies tho, I consider catalogues a different thing to discographies. Artists like Future, Drake, Weeknd maybe dont always make the most cohesive projects and sometimes make their albums longer than they should but they still deliver good s*** constantly (Singles, Loosies, Features, almost always at least B+ projects)
Kendrick definitely up there with the best catalogues even tho he didnt drop as much as the other artists I mentioned. He definetly has the cleanest discography tho.
My top 5 of the decade If we are talking catalogue would be Drake, Kanye, Future, Weeknd and maybe Kendrick.
HM would be Rocky, Spitta, Thug, Gibbs, Ross and Trav

I think The Wizrd is great but I’m honestly surprised at how often I see people on here say it’s one of his best projects
DS2
Future
Hndrxx
The wizrd
Monster
56 nights
Beastmode 2
i like future but non of them are real classics

Of course. And in terms of number of personal classics future eclipsed drake in terms of projects for me. Not sure about individual songs though it’s f***ing tight.
With that said I even like more life and scorpion.
For that decade it’s easily those two though

Wait a minute, Weeknd don’t make the most cohesive projects?
Only two projects in his 11 year catalog that fit that description are BBTM and Starboy. Everything else been extremely cohesive and concise

okay maybe you are right on that one but you understand what I said, I had BBTM and Starboy on my mind mainly when I wrote that

Lol nigga just saying s***. Weeknd projects are definitely cohesive. He just said that to add credibility to his dumb ass point

bro how come you are 24/7 on this site when you have a son? goofus planning on sipping liquor on a thursday night for a future release when you should be planning how to provide for him lmao
How many more hours till this drops? What time will it be in the UK it’s 23:00 now
3rd one if u count Pablo
there's Pablo + happy on donda 2 but I wouldn't say they count as official

This. None of these projects are remotely close to DS2. People need to realize it's a 18 tracks album with 1 feature and absolutely zero fillers
HOT TAKE:
Purple Reign his best work
Another great project, 8 and counting I didn’t even mention save me

IMO it was his creativity peak. His flow was outstanding on every f***ing song

That’s nostalgia talking. As someone that got into future later and listening to those projects one after the other you can clearly see his progression.
