amazon has 200 mill subs
Disney has 100 mill subs
HBOMax has around less than half of disney

Big cap. HBO max is fairly new so outside Disney it's growing very well. Before max HBO couldn't grow past 15 mill. They are at 80 mil now. And hbo max isn't global. Disney plus is global and most hbo content is distributed by Disney plus overseas. Disney plus has 150 mil subscribers btw
