so i had a dream that that bowser in that thing was in my room and i was screaming for my mom but no voice came out and she was jus boolin in the room and she didnt notice me crying bc bowser was coming at me

sleep paralysis u cant move and ur usually in ur own bed yk?

thats the worst part bc u cant move or make any noise bc ur like 'paralyzed' but ur dream is still happening and most times its a scary dream some people see shadow people

i personally think it has to do with demons but tahts jsut my theory

i think id die or feel like im suffocating. sometimes my breathing is bad when i get scared omg im PANICKING NOW

theres this tv show called haunting of hill house and 1 of the chracaters has sleep paralysis often and its very good in that show
