They lost me with

• the boyband bs
• Ameer departure for reasons that other members got accused of as well but never adressed it and allowed to stay
• music is forgettable for the most part

People mention fanbase but idk what their fanbase is like - I think the members themselves can be cringe and annoying (after having seen their social media profile) so they might have attracted a similar fanbase.....

As far as rapping goes - I realized they did well by branding themselves as a boyband in a sense

No one expects lyricism from them and they still manage to underperform imo

They're also lucky to be a group in this era cuz..... Yeah....

I mean personally I thought that just bc they call themselves a boyband doesn't mean I can ignore the subpar rapping it's still hip hop music

Also I realized that the boyband gimmick was to attract teenage kids/groupies smh
