This 2nd half of the outro calling back to Free Samples is nuts.
Don't ask 'bout my independence, we not financially literate
Dangle a million dollars when oxygen was the mission
We just wanna breathe, we been drownin' down here for centuries
nigga was preaching gospel.
Duke Deuce would’ve been fire on Survivor’s Guilt
Def !! and I'm probably one of the few that thinks that his first one is better than the second one (who's actually a really good album)
I actually go back to Bucket List more than Care For Me but they’re equal to me
This album grew on me heavy. At first I liked tracks here and there but after a few spins this is heat start to finish
this surpassed my expectations not gonna lie. powerful album. could end up being one of the best rap projects this year for me
this album is beautiful
definitely a grower
Agree. I kinda skimmed / half-listened the first time and thought it was bleh and kinda boring. Then I did a proper sit down and listen on the 2nd round and love it (musically and lyrically).
Was mad at myself that I almost gave up on it after the first listen
People really sleeping on this. I thought the momentum would’ve carried over from Care For Me
Think this is being slept on a lil
Nah. Saba is just proof that Chance’s “I’m an independent artist” gimmick was such a lie.
This is just what happens when you don’t have a machine behind you and you literally getting it out the mud. It’s harder to spread to a wider audience
this tape is incredible
aoty by a lot
Do you think it’s as good as care for me?
ooof. i need a few more re listens of this then I'll bump care for me after and get back to you. I for sure enjoy this way more than I did CFM first listen tho. CFM grew on me
