Like I bet the fights started over some petty s*** like some dude bumping someone and not saying sorry or someone mean mugging.

Then it escalated because people always want to 1 up the next person.

Closing bars at 2am leads to stuff like this, sadly. Last call is at 1:30 so people pound drinks and then get put out on to the street at 2, where a mf with a semi auto can spray people.
Letting bars serve 24/7 allows people to trickle out throughout the night.

Pretty sure Indiana or Ohio has a law now where you can conceal carry without a permit.

So if you can legally buy a gun, you can conceal carry it with no extra training or papers.

Well yes many cities practice a curfew/cutoff for bars/clubs, but it doesn't normally lead to a shootout that results in 6 people dead every weekend night.

Was this random incident or isolated? I’m not saying this to be an edgelord but the term “mass shooting” gets thrown around a lot now. When I think of mass shootings I think of someone with an agenda to harm whoever is within range at random and the purpose is to kill as many as possible. A lot of people consider some idiot with no sim trying to hit 1 or 2 people and hit multiple others a mass shooting too though. So I’m just looking for context
