for the most part some albums with low stream count are actually good but are mostly independent or not pop music. Kendrick is pop music (popular music) and dropped a passionate but very poorly delivered album.
That Vince Staples album isn’t getting a lot of streams but it has been well received by everyone who has listened to it. There is no correlation between streams and quality.
