my jacket hasn't even shipped yet so i emailed them yesterday saying it was supposed to be here on the 4th and they said:

"We are sincerely sorry for any inconvenience resulting from the fact that your order for the dashing Paria Farzaneh Iranian printed quilted jacket is yet to be shipped.

Allow me to kindly explain that, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, our partner Browns is currently working understaffed and, because of the ongoing sale, they are overwhelmed with orders. At the moment, we expect our partner to take between 6 to 7 business days to prepare and dispatch a new order, compared to the usual two business days. We are tremendously sorry for this inconvenience.

This said, your order will likely be dispatched between Monday and Tuesday next week.

As a small gesture for this trouble, we have refunded you on the shipping fees associated to this order. Please note that a refund may take up to 14 days to be reflected on your original payment method, depending on your payment provider's, processing speed."

Not sure what the criteria is but we paid for express 1-3 days so yeah go for it

They don’t remove a zipper when altering the size of it, if they do they’re trying to upcharge you for them being lazy. When altering anything with a zipper you remove the teeth and replace the stopper.

s*** not as big as 200lbs but prob like the range of 160-170

idk about height tho, sometimes maybe a bit shorter than that but not super short. the height is only crazy cause im same height but you don't look 50lbs more than me

I think so. I’ve been out the game for a min but a few season ago, US sale started in the AM. Assuming UK will be similar
