just to clarify i tried doing the solovair scam to get another pair for free as ive read a post in the solovair facebook group that a guys pair came in scratched and they immediately sent him another one and told him to keep them so i wanted to see if that would work for me too but they kept insisting that their soles do not break but gave me 30% back which is still amazing. they also use super fast delivery (within 2 days from ordering they were delivered to nyc from the UK) so top not customer service
