It's hard to convey what I mean but that feel where every rap lyric transcends the song and hits you with conviction, I truly think 69 has that. Listening to Drake rap hard it doesn't come through like that, he's got a great voice but it isn't aggressive convincing energy. It's that type of delivery and personality that can transcend the music and hit raise your anger levels.
