I can't think of anyone outside of 6ix9ine that is got that attitude of reckless I don't give a f***, f*** you I'm the king type s***. It's been a while since we have seen that kinda energy. It's hard to convey what I mean but that feel where every rap lyric transcends the song and hits you with conviction, I truly think 69 has that. Listening to Drake rap hard it doesn't come through like that, he's got a great voice but it isn't aggressive convincing energy. It's that type of delivery and personality that can transcend the music and hit raise your anger levels.

That same kinda energy 50 had in his prime, 2Pac, DMX, Onyx,

Who else in the popular sphere of rap has that energy? Meek been boring for a while now, City Morgue isn't in the popular sphere yet, Death Grips are still not poppin like that. I'm trying to think who else

A lot of Detroit artists are coming with that energy. Check out Snap Dogg. I still maintain that 6ix9ine stole his wave.

I meant “stole” as in took up a spot that would’ve been occupied by Snap Dogg if Snap Dogg was properly promoted and more gimmicky. Half of 6ix9ine’s initial appeal was the hair and face tattoos.
