If you’re worried you can wear a mask and try to avoid standing close to people. Make an extra effort to social distance for a week or so after, keep an eye on symptoms, take a test. Avoid elderly people.
There’s plenty of measures to take, and you should be aware of them. It’s time for people to stop being afraid and move on with their lives a little.
