Been really thinking about how solidified Drake’s legacy is lately, even considering the lukewarm reception to his recent work
Bro really already the 2 highest selling rapper of all time worldwide, only behind Em and we all know why Em is #1
He not that far ahead either. Drake is gonna keep putting in work and eventually he’ll pass him just like Bron is pretty much garunteed to pass Kareem on the all time scoring list if he plays through this season.

You would think it’s common sense that Drake has nothing left to prove in regards to his skill as a rapper. But that desire to emasculate him as a black male rapper cause of his look, background, singing and subject matter will always make some people feel like he constantly ‘has to prove himself’
That’s what that boils down to tbh even if mfs don’t realize it. Or they do realize it and they dress it up as being constructive. It’s obviously not as bad as 2011 but it still lingers. Just a covert way to emasculate him as a black man
