I mean Conway, West, Rome Streetz all have been doing the same s***… Rapping about the same subject matter with the same flows and rapping style on Conductor and Alchemist beats for so long now that they don’t do anything for me, esp West. At least for Drake rapping over those producers beats it sounds refreshing. Stories About My Brother doesn’t sound like any rap song he’s made since Comeback Season from a flow and delivery aspect

ill hate on some s*** drake does bc he’s obvi not perfect and leaves himself open to some miscues but you gotta look at the guy objectively if you like music you gotta appreciate him

yeah theres still rappers doing better than drake is here lol im not discrediting him at all though, he came through. I just find what hes talking about and his flows kinda tired and treading the same ground. I dont really bump conway and westside gunn all that much anymore either. Theres more than just them over these producers lol.

TO ME, he does nothing that wants me to keep it in rotation, no ear candy or bars that are super impressive or better than him in the past. But its not bad at all by any means, just not something that really interests me anymore musically. Stories about my brother deff my fav out of this lil pack tho. Ive just kinda outgrown drakes style. I always check his releases cause its the hhh in me but just not stickin wit me lately. I think thats fine too

A lot of "Drake fans" are just fans of one style he's doing.

But to me he's the GOAT because of his versatility and being great at every genre he does.

He always did several genres on his project, so how can you call yourself a fan and still want him to do a one genre project?
