Personally I feel like album wise he has no bad albums just some duds on there if anything. Switching around and swapping songs with loosies also dropping some of the duds would help. But even then it is subjective what is a “dud” and what isn’t to many. So I dunno bruh rough thing to tackle. Dude got to where he is today because of everything he put out so it comes down to personal opinion in the end.

I have a different take. It’s his worst performance on an album.

The album Is held back by Drake not the songs.
Some songs his effort was 100%
Some songs his effort was 40%

Peak great song 40% drake effort.

Beats lacking compared to past albums but drakes performance on some tracks was lazy autopilot mode.

TML is terrible and by far his worst album. All other albums are above average to great.
