There's clearly something wrong that happened during that period.
TLOP and KSG are good albums that have released within the past 4 years. Yeezus being “shit” to you is also an outlier opinion compared to most of the public. Kanye is also 42 years old now.
Drake hasn’t topped his best work in 9 years and hasn’t dropped a good album since 2015.

pneUSorry but 3/4 good songs on a 25 track album is not good. Every Hour, Selah, Follow God, On God & Use This Gospel are all pretty good with either good production (On God, Selah), Good Flow/Lyrics (Use This Gospel, Follow God) or just flat out amazing vocals & arrangements (Every Hour)
It may be his worst but there's no way in hell Scorpion is better, that s*** is a bloated mess.
I will say Nice For What is better than any song on JIK but that's about it.
Scorpion has like 12 good/decent songs tho and like 6 great songs, JIK had 1 great song and 4 decent ones while the rest is unlistenable. The filler on scorpion is just kind of bland not necessarily unlistenable.
