Yeah he won. I think he’s going to have to participate in any future projects going forward. It’s weird tho because he sued for the rights to the original, but the machete, hockey mask, and a ton of other elements were introduced impart 3 and onward

yea i remember that now. so he won the rights to the hockey mask and everything? strange, because he wasn't involved in anything after part 1.
the dude is over 80 years old, if anything this looks like a bad thing. we could have gotten a nice expansion of the franchise with new movies, video games, and other media. this seems like its gonna slow everything down. an 80 year old grandpa is now a roadblock between the fans getting new media

I don’t think Miller wanted anything besides the ability to make money off new material

They will come together and we will get a new one

i hope so. it seems messy still. what if they cant come together and agree. or even if they do, what if we end up with some watered down end product because their are too many cooks in the kitchen so to speak.
