Finishing up my first watch through. Seasons 1-8 were great. Halfway through season 9 and this s*** sucks.

noticeable decline in quality/most of the heartfelt stuff that was great about the early seasons is absent in 6, and 7.

Also these were the seasons their ratings started to plummet

Ratings don’t really mean anything considering they were fighting for good time slots with NBC ever since season 3 lol show was constantly juggled around to different days and times

S6 and 7 had great plot lines tho with Carla’s postpartum arc, Kelso’s retirement, JD/Kim part 2 arc, Elliot’s wedding, LAVERNE’S DEATH. I don’t think it lacked much compared to the rest of the show bonus points for the musical cause I fkn love that episode

Like if you didn’t feel anything for Laverne’s death then we’re just on 2 different wavelengths here lol
