What's the deal with private sections?

I, Jerry Seinfeld, would like a to request a Seinfeld section. I was discussing with some other prominent members about the creation of a private section, a place where people can discuss any topic, be theirselves and show their true colors. People from all walks of life are welcome.

I am willing to pay for my private section, seeing I'm as I'm a billionaire. I genuinely feel like the addition of a Seinfeld section could be a positive contribution to this forum and have people really express theirselves and feel comfortable among other users.

I hope you consider the request of my private section and I hope we can make this come to fruition. We can get the signatures required for the activity level.

I would like to fully endorse a Jerry Seinfeld section (the user). He's helped me through tough times and I've known him for years. He's a genuine & caring person and I think he really deserves a section if he wants one. I think multiple people can relate to what I'm saying here so I think it would be very active too.
