Elden ring is the easiest game by farrrrr
Only way I could see that take is if it’s your first from soft game. The first is alway ls the hardest
Bruh
I played demons souls first and that s*** just pissed me off. You would die and have to play a whole level again
ER isn’t ’impossible’ it’s just annoying having to use tactics to beat entry level opponents. But maybe I wasn’t playing it right
I agree
people that love RPG's might prefer Elden Ring tho
im just impatient so elden ring wore me out after awhile. and the balancing - some of the bosses feel disastrously balanced, depending on your skills & weapons you will have a completely different experience to others. malenia soured me on the game
whereas sekiro is ALWAYS tough but fair - learn it and you will get better
I’m assuming you mean unending combos that give you no attack windows for like 30-60 seconds at a time? I’m confident From is very aware of that feedback and will be correcting it for the DLC
Elden Ring > Sekiro = Bloodborne = DS3 > DS1 > Demon’s Souls > DS2
Idk where ER goes but this might be the most correct judgement
It’s so difficult choosing between DS3 and BB he was on a streak with those two. And Sekiro is a solid game despite my beefs with it
Elden Ring > Sekiro = Bloodborne = DS3 > DS1 > Demon’s Souls > DS2
Dark Souls 1 above them all
It has that one of a kind magic to it.
Also holds up exceptionally

For me, I played bloodborne and ds3 before I played ds1 and ds1 just felt really slow compared to the combat of bloodborne and ds3 imo

It is objectively slower and the enemy design is simpler etc. But I think they have never matched the level and world design from ds1 again. Something about that map layout just so fantastic
Just a masterpiece in my eyes even though they have improved alot since then
Bloodborne better than both
Haven't done sekiro yet but bloodborne does beat out elden ring
I'm playing through Elden Ring for the first time rn and so far I enjoy the game a lot but the open world setting feels off
I'm hoping I get used to it but I do miss the level design of previous Soulsborne games. The enemies and combat dynamics so far are super fun though

All goated in their own respective ways though

have you been to a legacy dungeon?
have you been to a legacy dungeon?
I’ll be honest, no idea what that is
I’m moving towards Stormveil Castle if that helps where I’m at currently lol

Yeah stormveil is one. Its basically big dungeons in the world that have the old from software dense level design thats why I was asking
The integration of Legacy dungeons into the open world and how memorable its done is one example what puts elden ring for me a bit above Sekiro
Honestly length and replayability too.
Sekiro is very short. To those that love Sekiro I cannot recommend Armored Core 6 enough. Also fast paced with challenging super adrenaline rush bosses and a solid campaign experience

That's awesome. I'm def looking forward to that then

im okay with that, but pairing it with a boss that self-heals with every single hit??? that's garbage i cant lie

I wont call it a souls game but its pretty much a from software game. Lotta stuff youll find there that makes their games so great and a suprisingly engaging story.
I also never played an armored core game and had no problems.
Really got the same amount of enjoyment out of it as I did with sekiro
