How’d you get that out of the simple and straightforward thing I said, I didn’t even imply that lol
3 million is an objectively large number and the populations aren’t evenly dispersed — developed nations with selective preference will have higher proportions of that 3m.
How many 6’5 people have you met in your life or seen in person? They’re 95th percentile. It’s probably a decent amount still since you’re likely American or European. This is a comparable example.
You’ll never meet 99.99% of world’s population so it’s irrelevant to talk about because there’s too many different variables impacting p**** size across populations to draw fair comparisons. Once you start splicing that data and grouping people by nations/age/health you’re gonna see more reliable results. Median isn’t really an effective measure for a population this big and diverse.
It’s rare in the greater scheme of the entire worlds population and as an abstract statistical figure (most people will never fully observe in globes total pop in full scale or experience it)
The logic is straight forward and not hard to comprehend
There’s a cognitive dissonance between how you interpret statistics and perceptions of the actual real world. This is like the first thing they’ll teach in academia when you study data.
