Starting tomorrow will update this thread with daily Self-Improvement activities that I'll be doing each day. Feel free to do the same and lets create a movement, things on my to-do-list:

Cold water showers
Study consistently at least 1hour a day
Exercise daily.
I’m just tryna catchup on what I missed out when I was younger. Been watching a lot of “classic” movies and TV shows for the first time.
I can get behind no wanking and studying and exercising but cold showers?
I live in a tropical area so its no biggie

As of this week been working 9-3 every day and only smoking at night. Needed to get back into some kinda schedule because of school

They're not that bad if you start off with cool and work your way down to cold, not to mention it feels great after hot day
