I feel like TV is too disposable for me to bother cataloging it. It's whatever. It's on. I'm entertained/distracted. It ends. I hardly ever get anything deeper out of it like I do with film. You're always just waiting for the next bit.

I respect that and understand that. I do think there definitely are times when a show or limited series is able to wow me and I wish I could put down my feelings about an episode or a moment etc and look back on it on an app or website similar to lbxd.

Yeah I'm not trying to rain on anyone's parade. I've just also noticed on IMDB the episode ratings fluctuate very little. Every episode just gets a 7-8 because it wasn't actively awful even if the season ends up going nowhere in the end. It's not like an album or movie where you get the whole thing in one sitting. It's like reviewing a book a chapter at a time. Kind of weird

In, always thought letterboxd would've just made a tv version of their own at some point

lets goooo. i'm really happy this exists just cause i heard rumors of letterboxd flirting with the idea of adding tv to the website.

i think letterboxd exists better as a specific website. i feel like them adding shows would make the site too bloated and watered down. i wish this site success

Been a member for a while now but it's still so clunky. I gave up updating my page, gonna wait and see if it improves down the line.

yeah the clunkiness is a bit annoying but I do think with the more people that join this, the more they'll be able to do with more resources etc. who knows maybe letterboxd will buy this website out and make it their sister site as you mentioned earlier
