No. TDE has so much talent if people actually gave them a chance. REASON is dope, Jay Rock is consistent as hell, Zay is on Fire, They still got Q and SZA. I'm sure they will sign more artists and develop them

If they are as dormant as they have been the past few years, they'll fade away. I'm not saying they should release an album every week like Griselda or QC did, but they can be a little more active.

Zay just outsold his prior album by more than 2x, and for virtually all major releases they co-depend on a bigger label (i.e. RCA for SZA & SIR, Interscope for Jay Rock & Kendrick, Warner for Zay ). Realistically they probably have no low overheads because of this and it's doubtful they're doing badly business wise, but who knows how thin they're spreading themselves with new signees and fractional royalties. Notability wise post-Kendrick they're for sure gonna take a hit.
