I already made some threads about it and i don't wanna be annyoing, but at this point im actually some what irritated. Why do i still get the "You can't make another thread in soon" message?

I haven't made a troll thread in a while and there a users who make worse threads and 10 of them a day. I just see something interesting online and i would like to post about it. isn't that the point of a discussion board? Have people discuss and engange?
