JammuhI'm probably buggin but my theory at the end was Gemma actually died, but they somehow preserved her consciousness. That's why when she went down the elevator she became Ms. Casey? So Gemma is actually an innie now and Ms. Casey is the physical representation that they created or something idk
Maybe but I think the testing floor is below the severed floor though. So she went up the elevator to be Casey not down. Gemma may be alive and herself outside, but then Ms. Casey on the severed floor, but then when she goes down to testing she's back to Gemma, until she's sent to various rooms where she is different innies.
I think the testing floor is a way for Lumon to push the limits of the chip alongside the outie, who they're continuously evaluating to see if there's any memories which bleed over

Yeah she was definitely tweaking but I've never liked Reghabi's attitude. I still feel like she's shady too cause we know Lumon has competitors. It's possible she works for a competitor doing the same s\*\*\* as Lumon
