started reading this book called Elite Capture and honestly I'm seeing the parallels to how the Severance floor has sort of mythologized what Mark and the gang did as a revolutionary event. The newspaper article (which i think is fake), the posters put up around the room. The book talks about how co-opting these sorts of movements usually result in halting any sort of real change in the long run.

Speculation from going back and watching the s2 trailer, seems like oMark is trying to communicate with iMark by burning a message into his eyes by staring at a projector light (or something similar) so that when iMark closes his eyes he sees the message, clever writing to get around the code detectors.
