The gym is gonna help a lot with the s***drive, you should try to stay consistent with some kind of routine. Also would recommend not masturbating/watching p*** for around 14-21 days. Somewhere in that 2-3 week mark of abstinence you’ll be getting so hard you’ll think your schlong is mad at you. But yeah man 22 yr old shouldn’t be having any issues with s***drive so working out and abstaining from ejaculation should fix it, unless there is some depression/anxiety issues going on @op

How you let some lowlife cheating bum b**** influence you to this degree

If you have low s***drive at 22 idk. Maybe low test. Did you have a high s***drive before this mystical woman lobotomized you?

yes but i would more attribute this factor to the sleep/weed/nicotine than to the actual woman.

my s***drive dropped sometime after i broke up with her but was incredibly high beforehand

I never explicitly mentioned the no fap movement in my post. It’s scientifically proven that abstaining from masturbation for a period of time can increase s***drive and libido lol

I would ask why you are doing multiple majors in college as well as working. I think you probably are pushing yourself to an extreme to the point where your body refuses to cooperate with you in the times where you wanna get the job done.

not a doctor though. but overall I think your lifestyle is very taxing and if you were doing less work mentally, your physical health would slowly go back to a baseline
