There's probably too much blame being placed on the people who curated the album. He just wasn't that good when he wasn't on drill production and since this album mostly isn't drill it ended up being bad.

SFTSAFTM is decent but I wouldn’t put it on the same level as IDLSIDGO or IYRTITL. But if you liked MOTM2TLOMR I think you’ll enjoy it

Probably most of it isn’t that. I’m sure he had a lot of unreleased music to pick from. The Tyga song, the King Combs song, and all the Quavo songs were 100% done before his death.
