There will still be areas of the world that be liveable even is a big part of the worlds gonna be uninhabitable. And who’s gonna live in these places? Ppl with a lot of money. Same for food. This s*** doesn’t happen overday, it’s not like money will suddenly lose all its value from one moment to another.

Reminds me of this Stirner quote :

A human being is “called” to nothing, and has no “mission,” no “purpose,” no more than a plant or a beast has a “calling.” The flower doesn’t follow the calling to complete itself, but applies all its forces to enjoy and consume the world as best it can, it sucks in as much of the earth’s juices, as much of the ether’s air, as much of the sun’s light, as it can get and accommodate. The bird doesn’t live up to any calling, but it uses its forces as much as possible: it catches bugs and sings to its heart’s delight.

Indigenous people survived more through conscious interconnectedness. Self preservation meant working together (with nature and kin) for the greater good of the community and oneself.

Modern society is all about self preservation through indulgence and comfort at the expense our fellow human beings and planet. So much hatred, separation, destruction, and division has to be rationally justified for individuals to live a perceived "good life" or just survive in general. Human beings have become less wise, just smarter. Or the smart ones just run the world. Because no wise individual would justify the current human condition.
