Way better than Witness. Never Really Over and Teary Eyes are bops. However, she just doesn't have those catchy hooks like she nailed on almost every song for Teenage Dream and sometimes on Prism. Sadly, a lot of it has to do with age, confidence and lack of Dr. Luke.

yeah I hated witness personally, I'll give this a listen though.

It's very solid. The issue is the title track as a single and the terrible cover art
