Nah she too old for that, but she legit used to run s*** in parts of Oakland and Vallejo & when my white mother was dating my black father and my dad went to jail niggas was tryna get at my ma, auntie pulled up n pistol whipped niggas and wscorted my ma back to grandma house - thats the day my ma became part of the family and some of the real old old people on some black panther s*** cooled out afterwards

My oldest auntie on my dads side is the realest nigga ever no joke & outside the grandma n grandad she was the only one that could tell my dad anything unlike his other siblings 💀💀💀

Long post but im also doing this for others with questions - ive talked about these things from time to time in pieces on here:

I relate a lot to his "people around me are in the dirty but im not", which has always been part of his music and ish - similar to Kanye is a way as well but i also relate to Kanye who lived poor and middle class growing up which is the same as me & the parallel- few years my family is up few years my family is down erc.

Like my Auntie, she is "that nigga" and she knows "them niggas", im just a bystander that only got glimpses, and my dad was wildin out only before he had kids so it was round me like that like that outside of a homie(s) coming around - another random bayarea tidbit i can give is that my dads best friend was a DJ for McHammer, my dads friend has squabbled with and whooped McHammer ass in the street, Hammer owes a lot of niggas in the Bay some money in general as he pump fakes as some killer online

But yeah Auntie Diaries is similar just that my Aunt isnt transgender and doesnt think of herself that way (although she def has trans friends, and San Francisco is literally 10 to 30mins away), she still sees herself as a lady. But in her past she was def a "bully dyke" that is so infamous in black pop culture and ran some s*** in Oakland and Vallejo.

Kendrick the Goat, and part of it is how "west coast" he is. And he is a huge fan of E40 too so he even slips Bayarea s*** in his s*** and always gave respect. Probably the one to bridge the divide of Bay n LA since 2Pac and before that it was Ice Cube. Not Like Us is a beautiful combination of LA and Bayarea style as well.

And yeah, im not living in CA atm but i do visit almost every year, but California from the Bay to LA is def fully riding with Kendrick from what i can see and what im being directly told
