They have already rolled back gay rights in some states that increase every yea, a supreme court order gave national gay rights, which again, it's illegal constitutionally to roll back a supreme court order by just one party

They have already rolled back abortion rights in multiple states that still increases, same as gay rights above and court orders, and these go beyond even just a decision to abort - it makes it illegal even if it's medically necessary to survive the woman even if the kid is dying as well, and it makes it illegal in terms of incest and rape cases - a very few of them will only allow the medical necessary procedure to happen if multiple doctors and politicians sign off which has already shown is too late and led to controversy of a person dying during the bureaucracy process
